CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost. • Same-day cancellations (outside of the 24-hour window) will be charged 100% of the service cost. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled to keep my schedule on track, and you will be charged 100% of the service cost.
